Our Mission
Myco Search was founded by Simon Heal, a hands-on CEO with 30+ years in executive recruitment. After his son asked, “What are you doing to save the planet?” Simon shifted his career from mainstream recruitment into AgriFood and then focused fully on FoodTech.
